Why do you record sessions?

I record sessions so that I can review the recordings as session notes.

What happens if something you tell me conflicts with the advice of my doctor?

What your doctor says always goes...

What types of hypnosis do you use?

Primarily Kappasinian and Ericksonian methods, but I am happy to range about as needed.

Will I be under the "control" of the hypnotist?

Not in the slightest...

What if I want the hypnosis to be over?

You can end it at any time. That is up to you, not me...

Is "deep" hypnosis required for therapy to work?

No. Many things can be done with even a light trance...

Will you teach me "Self-Hypnosis"?

Of course, I will!
