No, I don’t.
I know that many practitioners now offer hypnotherapy online, but I’ve found that I get the best results through in-person work. Face-to-face sessions give me the clearest sense of the client’s responses, body language, and subtle changes in expression, which helps me tailor the session more effectively.
I’m trained in body language, micro-expressions, and related nonverbal cues, and I’ve found that having the client in the room with me creates a better experience and stronger outcomes. Online hypnotherapy is not the format I would choose for myself, so I don’t offer it to my clients.
There are also practical concerns. Internet issues, poor sound or video quality, and unexpected disconnections can interrupt the flow of a session.
In addition, online hypnotherapy can raise legal and regulatory questions, especially when the practitioner and client are in different jurisdictions. That adds another layer of uncertainty, which is one more reason I prefer to keep sessions in person.
