Note: It’s a mixed blessing, but I am regularly booked to capacity, and when slots become available they seldom stay open for more than a few hours.
We prioritize returning clients for obvious reasons, then referrals from past clients. Existing clients book via the “Client Portal”, to make sure they can get in and new booking slots are often filled before they can be made available to the general public.
When openings for new clients become available, they are placed in the booking system. I know that it can be frustrating when the booking page shows no availability for as far out as you can search, but as a small operation with a strong reputation for success, that is often how it is.
